ReddiNet provides healthcare facilities, emergency medical services, and other healthcare partners with tools for communicating, sharing operational information, and coordinating emergency response.
Different ReddiNet modules are designed for different tasks. This article provides an overview of the available features to help you determine where to begin.
Monitoring Facility and Hospital Operations
Status
Use the Status module to view or update facility operating conditions, including emergency department (ED) alert levels, diversions, and other hospital or non-acute facility status information.
Bed Capacity
Use Bed Capacity to report and review hospital bed availability. Long-term care facilities can also report bed availability and patient census information.
Dashboard
Use the Dashboard for an overview of operational conditions across the ReddiNet network. It includes facility information, incident activity, and an interactive map.
Facilities & Providers
Use Facilities & Providers to locate and review information about healthcare facilities and participating providers.
Reports
Use Reports to access available ReddiNet reports for reviewing operational information.
Communicating and Coordinating Resources
Messages
Use Messages to communicate with other participating facilities and ReddiNet users. Messages can include attachments and can be directed to selected recipients.
Assessment
Use Assessment to collect information from facilities through polls, review responses, and coordinate service-level reporting.
Resource Request
Use Resource Request when a facility needs supplies, equipment, or personnel. Requests can be submitted for review and coordination by the appropriate agencies.
Managing Emergency Incidents
Mass Casualty Incidents (MCI)
Use MCI to coordinate a mass casualty event. Participating agencies and hospitals can manage incident information, report available ED patient capacity, track patients, and coordinate ambulance transportation.
Evacuation
Use Evacuation when patients must be relocated from a facility. The module supports identifying available receiving facilities, tracking patients, assigning transportation, and confirming arrivals.
Additional ReddiNet Applications

ReddiNet for LTCs
Long-term care facilities can use ReddiNet workflows for emergency communications, assessments, service-level reporting, and bed capacity information.
Family Reunification Center
The Family Reunification Center supports Family Assistance Center operations, including registering individuals, reporting missing persons, identifying possible matches, and tracking reunification activities.
