ReddiNet provides authorized users with access to healthcare communication, facility reporting, and emergency coordination functions.
Accessing these functions begins with signing in to the appropriate ReddiNet application using your assigned account credentials.
If you encounter difficulty signing in, several common issues can be addressed through the password reset, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and basic troubleshooting procedures described in ReddiNet's User Guides.
This article explains those procedures and helps you determine when additional assistance may be needed.
Need assistance? ReddiNet Support is available at (800) 440-7808 or support@reddinet.net. If you cannot access ReddiNet during an urgent operational situation, follow your organization's established communication procedures while obtaining assistance.
1. Accessing the ReddiNet Login Page
ReddiNet is accessed through www.reddinet.net.
The login page provides access to supported ReddiNet applications, including the primary ReddiNet application and Customer Profile.
Signing In
The documented login process includes:
- Open the ReddiNet website.
- Select the appropriate application when applicable.
- Enter your assigned username.
- Enter your password.
- Select Log In.
Depending on your account's multi-factor authentication configuration, an additional verification step may be required.
Choosing the Correct Application
ReddiNet provides separate applications for different activities.
For example:
- ReddiNet Application: Operational communication and coordination.
- Customer Profile: User account information, MFA configuration, and supported profile settings.
- Reports: Reporting information associated with ReddiNet operations.
If you are attempting to manage your user account or configure MFA, make sure you have selected Customer Profile rather than the main ReddiNet application.
2. Verifying the Correct Environment
ReddiNet provides separate Live and Training environments.
It is important to know which environment you are using, particularly when practicing operational workflows.
Live Environment
The Live environment is used for actual operational activities.
ReddiNet training identifies Live by its red-colored header.
Training Environment
The Training environment allows users to practice supported functions without affecting information in the Live environment.
ReddiNet training identifies Training by its gold-colored interface.
Important: Always verify the environment before entering operational information. Training activities should be performed in Training, while actual facility reporting and communication belong in Live.
3. Troubleshooting an Incorrect Username or Password
If ReddiNet does not accept your username or password, begin by reviewing the information being entered.
Check Your Username
Confirm that you are entering the username assigned to your ReddiNet account.
A username may differ from your email address, so use the appropriate account identifier.
Check Your Password
ReddiNet passwords are case-sensitive.
Before trying again:
- Check whether Caps Lock is enabled.
- Verify that you are entering the correct password.
- Confirm that the account is associated with the application you are attempting to access.
If you have forgotten your password, use the documented password reset process.
Accounts Requiring Assistance
The Login & Password Reset User Guide identifies additional considerations for users with multiple ReddiNet usernames.
That guide instructs users with multiple usernames to contact ReddiNet Technical Support rather than using its standard password reset process.
If this situation applies to you, contact Support for assistance with the appropriate account.
4. Resetting a Forgotten Password
ReddiNet provides a password reset workflow for supported accounts.
The documented process allows users to request a reset email and establish a new password.
Requesting a Password Reset
- Open the ReddiNet login page.
- Select Reset your password here.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Select Email link.
ReddiNet then provides the next instructions through the associated email address.
Completing the Password Reset
After requesting the reset:
- Open the password reset email.
- Select Reset Your Password.
- Enter your new password on the reset page.
- Select Reset Password.
Once the reset has been completed successfully, return to the login page and use the updated password.
If You Cannot Complete the Reset
If you are unable to complete the password reset process, contact ReddiNet Support.
Support can assist in determining the appropriate next steps for your account.
Password reset reminder: A password reset link and a multi-factor authentication verification code serve different purposes. Resetting your password does not eliminate a separately required MFA verification step.
5. Understanding Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds a verification step to the ReddiNet login process.
In addition to entering a username and password, users with MFA configured may need to enter a verification code delivered through their selected method.
The ReddiNet MFA User Guide documents verification through:
- Email: A verification code delivered to the configured email address.
- Text message: A verification code delivered to the configured phone number.
MFA helps verify the login attempt when the additional verification step is required.
MFA and New Devices
The documented login process describes requesting verification when signing in from a new device.
After entering your username and password, ReddiNet may require you to provide a verification code before completing sign-in.
The exact experience depends on your account's MFA configuration.
6. Configuring Multi-Factor Authentication
MFA configuration is managed through Customer Profile — Multi-Factor Authentication.
Opening MFA Configuration
The MFA User Guide describes the following process:
- Open ReddiNet and select Customer Profile.
- Sign in to Customer Profile.
- Open the Users section.
- Select your user account.
- Confirm that your email address and phone number are correct.
- Select Configure Multi-Factor Authentication.
Selecting a Verification Method
Within MFA configuration, users can select Enable and choose a supported verification method.
The documented options include email and text verification.
After choosing the method, continue to the verification step.
Verifying Your Method
ReddiNet sends a verification code through the selected method.
Enter the code and select Verify.
A successful verification completes the documented MFA setup process.
Before enabling MFA: Verify that the email address or phone number associated with your account is correct and accessible. Those details are used to deliver the verification code.
7. Troubleshooting a Missing MFA Verification Code
If ReddiNet requests an MFA verification code but you have not received it, the MFA User Guide provides troubleshooting steps.
Requesting Another Code
The documented login screen includes a Send New Code option.
If your verification code has not arrived, use this function to request another code.
Checking Your Contact Information
Incorrect email addresses or phone numbers may prevent users from receiving their verification codes.
The MFA User Guide explains that users can review their contact information through Customer Profile.
If an MFA setup attempt fails because contact information is incorrect, the documented workflow is to cancel the verification attempt, select Edit User Information, and correct the account details.
If You Still Cannot Receive a Code
If you cannot access the configured verification destination or cannot complete the MFA process, contact ReddiNet Support.
Explain whether the issue occurs during initial MFA configuration or while attempting to sign in.
8. Troubleshooting Website and Connection Problems
Some access problems are related to website loading or the computer's connection rather than account credentials.
The ReddiNet Quick Fix guide describes basic troubleshooting when connectivity is lost.
Restarting the Browser
If the ReddiNet website stops responding, close and restart your web browser.
Then return to www.reddinet.net and try again.
Restarting the Computer
The Quick Fix guide also recommends restarting the computer when appropriate.
After restarting, open ReddiNet again and determine whether the issue has been resolved.
Using the ReddiNet Website
If your computer has a ReddiNet desktop shortcut, the Quick Fix guide describes using it to launch the application.
Otherwise, open your web browser and navigate directly to the ReddiNet website.
If the Problem Continues
If basic troubleshooting does not restore access, contact ReddiNet Support.
When contacting Support, describe the problem and the steps already attempted.
9. Determining the Type of Access Problem
When troubleshooting ReddiNet access, it helps to identify where the problem occurs.
Problem: The Website Does Not Load
Start with: Browser and connection troubleshooting.
Try restarting the browser or computer as described in the Quick Fix guide.
Problem: Your Username or Password Is Not Accepted
Start with: Account credential verification.
Check the username, Caps Lock, and password. If necessary, use the password reset workflow.
Problem: You Cannot Receive an MFA Code

Contact your facility administrator or ReddiNet Support if you are uncertain whether your account should have access to a particular function.
Problem: You Are in the Wrong Environment
Start with: Verifying whether you are using Live or Training.
Confirm the selected environment before continuing with operational activity.
